Yasoo Health Inc. Receives SBIR Grant

April 1, 2002 - Yasoo Health Inc. received funding from the NIH for a Small Business Innovation Research grant to develop formulations containing fat-soluble vitamins and nutrients (vitamins D3, K1 and mixed tocopherols (E), beta-carotene, linoleic and/or linolenic acids and coenzyme Q10) that will be administered to children with cystic fibrosis to alleviate complications due to the malabsorption of fat-soluble nutrients. This grant is awarded for a period of six months and research is expected to be conducted during that timeframe with the result being progress toward a commercially viable product.
