Research

Our research program is focused on developing innovative, proprietary products, based on nutrients and naturally occurring compounds to prevent and manage chronic disease and maintain wellness.

In addition to our in-house basic science research, we collaborate with academic medical centers who bring their own specific expertise in each of the areas we are examining. We have also received numerous grants from the NIH, the European Union and the Cyprus Research Promotion Foundation. We are conducting joint research in the areas of Cancer and IBD with the University of Cyprus and the Medical School of the University of Crete.

Current research is concentrated in diseases of malabsorption, inflammatory states, cholestasis, autism, thalassemia, and radioprotection.
